What is our motivation?
We want to support women in particular on their way through life, in all phases, so that with the help of the ancient knowledge of yoga, their children can have a good start in life.
Why? For the simple reason that:
1. "Children determine the future of our planet(!)" and 2."when women are centered and act from their inner strength, ie they are doing well, then everyone else is taken care of!" (-;
A baby and child-friendly (bond-oriented, mindful and relaxed) approach is very important to us. We therefore offer courses on various topics related to pregnancy and the time afterwards.
In addition, we lovingly look after your little ones while you can recharge your batteries in peace and enjoy "mamma time" so that you can start your everyday life strengthened, satisfied and happy again. (Child care during yoga classes on request)
Day care for children from the age of two to the end of kindergarten begins in August each Year.
All other yoga friends are of course just as welcome here!!!
Who are we?
Esrah Katharina Schneider (midwife)
My name is Esrah Schneider, I am 31 years old and have an 8 year old son.
Inspired by the wonderful midwifery care I received during my own pregnancy,
I started training as a midwife myself in 2014.
I have been passionate about working as a midwife since 2017. Partly employed at the Kassel Clinic and partly freelance in prenatal care and postpartum care and in an advisory capacity from the desire to have children to the child's first birthday.
I look forward to getting to know you.

Tatiana Angelina Thöne (occupational and relaxation therapist)
I was born in Kassel in 1989 and grew up in the beautiful Niestetal.
Since 2018 I have been living with my dog at the edge of the forest in Staufenberg and enjoy long walks in nature.
Very early in my life, I had a great interest in all topics related to health and the human body. It quickly became clear to me that my vocation would be in the healthcare sector.
I decided to become an occupational therapist because I was impressed by the diverse, holistic and creative way of working.
I completed my three-year apprenticeship in Kassel and finished it in 2017 with the state examination.
Following the training as an occupational therapist, I did a 9-month part-time training as a relaxation therapist at the Paracelsus School in Kassel, with a focus on progressive muscle relaxation and autogenic training.
I look forward to further exciting training courses,
to be always up to date for your health.
